Paatashaala

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce the initiation & starting of Vedic paatashala of Srirangam

Srimad Andavan Ashramam in the US, at the New Jersey Andavan Ashramam location.

Historically, Srimad Andavan Ashramam has pioneered in training Santhana Dharma to youth and next generation

in Vedam, Divya Prapandham, Samskritham, aagama shastras,etc., to inculcate and propagate the rich Sanathana

Dharma traditions. The Vedic Paatashaala in India trains many such students on a yearly basis and has several

graduates who are Maha Vidwans and currently performing kainkaryam at various religious institutions across the

world.

We are bestowed with a unique opportunity to start a Paatashaala in the US under the able guidance and blessings

of Srimad Andavan Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan. This initiative will be initiated and started on Sept 30th 2017,

on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadasami, by Sri. U. Ve. Nelvoy Varadachar Swami and Sri U. Ve. Thirumalai

Shankapuram Sriramachar Swami from India. Both of them are Veda and Aagama Vidwans and have performed

many samprokshanams around the world.

We are extremely fortunate to have resources available to start classes in Sandhyavandanam, Pancha Sooktham,

Samskrita Bala Paatam. As the student base and interest increases, this curriculum will be expanded to divya

prabandham, Tamil etc.

This initiative has been mainly started to benefit the young students residing in the US who want to perform basic

duties of sanathana dharmam. Please take this opportunity to register and participate in this initiative and spread
